Welcome to MySanatani. By accessing our website, app, or purchasing items from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service managed by HIRPARAS TECH ENTERPRISE.

1. Devotional Guidance Disclaimer

MySanatani provides scriptural references, translations, and AI-driven devotional guidance (Krishna AI) for inspirational and contemplative purposes only. The app does not provide medical, legal, mental health, or financial advice. Please seek qualified professional advice for any critical life decisions.

2. Account Responsibility

When you create an account on MySanatani, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication sessions and credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. HIRPARAS TECH ENTERPRISE is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access.

3. Store Purchases & Payments

All transactions on MySanatani Store are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order (Prepaid or Cash on Delivery), you represent that the billing details provided are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if product pricing errors occur. COD orders are subject to pincode verification before dispatch.

4. Intellectual Property

All app designs, custom illustrations, wallpapers, layout configurations, and compiled databases are the intellectual property of HIRPARAS TECH ENTERPRISE. You are permitted to download wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial distribution or unauthorized resale of wallpapers or content is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination & Disputes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in abusive behavior towards our systems, or perform unauthorized reverse engineering. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before approaching a court, consumers may also raise a complaint via the National Consumer Helpline (1915 / consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the e-daakhil portal. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

6. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and IT Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer: Hardik Hirpara. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
