Cancellation Policy

We process orders rapidly to ensure timely delivery. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel your orders.

1. Cancellation Window

You can request to cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse (typically within 24 to 48 business hours of placing the order, as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy). To cancel, please email us immediately at INFOMYSANATANI@GMAIL.COM with your Order ID — the earlier you write in, the better the chance we can stop dispatch. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner and marked as dispatched, it CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Refund for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled within the eligible cutoff window, the refund will be processed back to your original payment source (bank account, card, or UPI wallet). The refund will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with standard Razorpay and banking clearance timelines.
