1. Replacement & Refund Eligibility
We offer a free replacement OR a full refund in the event that an item is received damaged or broken during transit, is defective, or does not match your order. This window is active for 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You may choose your preferred remedy (replacement or refund) when you raise the request.
