Refund & Replacement Policy

At MySanatani Store, we strive to deliver sacred items with utmost care. For items received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund.

1. Replacement & Refund Eligibility

We offer a free replacement OR a full refund in the event that an item is received damaged or broken during transit, is defective, or does not match your order. This window is active for 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You may choose your preferred remedy (replacement or refund) when you raise the request.

2. Proof of Damage Requirements

To help us process your claim quickly, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video showing the package opening from start to finish. Please email the unboxing video (if available) along with clear photographs of the damage and your Order ID to INFOMYSANATANI@GMAIL.COM within 7 days of delivery. If you do not have a video, we will still review clear photographs and your description of the issue in good faith; claims are not rejected solely for lacking a video, though a video helps us verify and resolve your claim faster.

3. Refund Terms

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, given the nature of our devotional products. However, for items verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement, as per your preference. Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

4. Return Shipping Cost

If our support team requests you to return the damaged item for inspection, we will arrange a reverse pickup through Shiprocket at our expense. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pincode, we will guide you on return shipping and reimburse the shipping costs upon receipt of a valid receipt.
