Currently, we deliver spiritual products exclusively within India. We cover over 17,000+ pincodes serviced by our logistics partner Shiprocket. We do not support international shipping at this moment.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping regions, dispatch timelines, and delivery estimates for purchases made on MySanatani Store.
Currently, we deliver spiritual products exclusively within India. We cover over 17,000+ pincodes serviced by our logistics partner Shiprocket. We do not support international shipping at this moment.
Once your order is confirmed, we dispatch the products from our warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours. Prepaid orders get priority dispatch and instant packaging. COD orders require verification of the pincode and contact number before dispatch.
The standard delivery time across India is 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination (metro cities typically receive orders faster than remote regions). You will receive tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
Cash on Delivery is available on selected pincodes. Please ensure you are available at the shipping address with the exact cash amount when the delivery agent arrives. Refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may restrict your profile from placing future COD orders.
Delays due to extreme weather, festivals, or courier hub congestion are beyond our direct control, but we actively follow up. In case of failed delivery attempts (unreachable customer or incorrect address), the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping in such cases may incur a small additional delivery fee.
