We collect only the information required to create your account, personalize your spiritual experience, process store orders, and provide support.

We process your information for legitimate purposes: (a) To authenticate and secure your account; (b) To personalize scripture views, AI guidance responses, and meditation tracking; (c) To fulfill store purchases and handle shipping via our logistics partners; (d) To send newsletters if you voluntarily subscribe. Krishna AI processes your text inputs to generate spiritual reflection and guidance. Conversations are private but not a substitute for professional advice.
When you interact with Krishna AI, your text inputs are processed by our AI Processing Provider to generate spiritual guidance and responses. AI responses are for spiritual reflection and educational purposes only.
Important Safety Disclaimer: This service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, or emergency advice. Please avoid sharing highly sensitive personal, banking, or medical details. AI outputs can be inaccurate; please utilize your personal judgment.
5. Payments, Orders & Shipping
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We handle order fulfillment and shipping through Shiprocket, sharing only the address and pincode required for delivery.
To complete store purchases, we collect shipping addresses and process payments. Shipping, delivery tracking, and logistics are managed through Shiprocket, with whom we share only the minimum recipient details necessary for delivery.

9. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your data as long as your account is active. Order/transaction data is retained for 7 years under tax record-keeping laws. You can request to delete your account and data at any time.

Accounts inactive for 3 years or more are reviewed for deletion. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. For grievance redressal, you may contact our appointed Grievance Officer (see 'Official Support' section below).
10. Children & Family Use
MySanatani is family-friendly, but store purchases and premium plans must be handled by adults or under guardian supervision.
MySanatani is designed for seekers of all ages, and general app use (reading scripture, wallpapers, Krishna AI) is intended for users aged 13 and above. Store purchases, paid plans, and payment-related actions must be performed by users who are at least 18 years of age or under parent/guardian supervision. Parents or guardians may contact us at INFOMYSANATANI@GMAIL.COM to request the review or immediate deletion of any child's account-related information.

We do not share your deity or spiritual preferences with advertisers.
We do not store your full payment card digits or UPI credentials.
We do not publish or share your private conversations with Krishna AI.
We do not use your personal information for unrelated marketing.
12. Security Practices
We protect your data using industry-standard tools like secure databases, encryption, and secure hosting.
We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data. Secure database hosting and authentication are powered by Supabase. Financial transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay. We restrict internal access to operational data to authorized personnel only. However, please note that no transmission method over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

We will occasionally update this policy. The latest version and date will always be visible at the top.
We may modify or update this Privacy & Trust Center from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory standards or our app features.
