Question 1

What is MySanatani?

Accepted Answer

MySanatani is a spiritual wellness platform built around daily return. It brings together the Today experience, Bhagavad Gita reading, Krishna AI, meditation, devotional content, sacred store offerings, and premium spiritual journeys in one calm space.

Question 2

Who is MySanatani for?

Accepted Answer

It is for seekers who want a grounded daily rhythm with Sanatan Dharma, whether that means reading scripture, reflecting with Krishna AI, tracking spiritual return, meditating, or bringing more devotional structure into ordinary life.

Question 3

Is MySanatani free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The app supports guest and free access for core exploration. Premium plans like Sadhak and Yogi expand the experience with deeper scripture access, larger Krishna AI limits, and additional premium devotional features.

Question 4

Do I need an account to use MySanatani?

Accepted Answer

Basic exploration can begin without a full account, but signing in unlocks a more personal experience such as saved profile context, plan access, order history, and a smoother Krishna AI journey.

Question 5

How can I log in?

Accepted Answer

The current app supports email and password sign-in, Google sign-in, and WhatsApp OTP sign-in on a supported phone number. The exact options appear on the login screen.

Question 6

What should I do if I do not receive the WhatsApp OTP?

Accepted Answer

Check that the number is entered correctly, including the country code if needed, wait a few moments, and use the resend option if it appears. If the OTP still does not arrive, switch to another available login method or contact support.

Question 7

How does MySanatani calculate Panchang and Tithis?

Accepted Answer

MySanatani uses a pure JavaScript astronomical engine based on Jean Meeus algorithms and NOAA solar calculations. It calculates Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, and planetary positions directly from local sunrise in India Standard Time (+330 min) without relying on external APIs.

Question 8

Why do Panchang timings differ across cities?

Accepted Answer

Panchang calculations are anchored to exact local sunrise and geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude). Because sunrise times vary across Bharat and globally, Tithis, Rahu Kaal, and planetary periods naturally differ from one city to another.

Question 9

What are Rahu Kaal, Yamaganda, and Gulika Kaal?

Accepted Answer

These are mathematically calculated segments of the solar day between sunrise and sunset. In traditional Vedic practice, Rahu Kaal and Yamaganda are conventionally observed when planning new undertakings, while Gulika Kaal and Abhijit Muhurat are often considered in muhurat selection. MySanatani computes the exact daily astronomical timings for your chosen location.
